Pat,
There are several good options available to you for an online College Algebra class (I assume you needed this specific class because you're going for a Business degree...correct?). However, be aware that in order to take a College Algebra class, you will first have to meet the prerequisite for that college (usually Intermediate Algebra) OR get a high enough score on the math placement test.
I just completed an online College Algebra class through a local community college here in Texas, but anyone can sign up for the class. I believe I paid $149 for the class, and it's not that much more for an out-of-state student. In case you're interested, here is the link to the college:

The class I took was with Dr. Martin through "KC Distance Learning". I know that his Summer class is full, but you could still get into the Fall class.
