I just took this test as well. I read the Compact Guide to World Religions which was pretty good. And I went through the sections on IC. Know the century when Muhammed was born (and if it's AD or BC). Know about the temple in Jerusalem and when it was destroyed and what became of Judaism because of it (it changed--priest/rabbi). There were very few things I hadnt' heard anything about from my studying in the test. So if you know the material in IC you should be good.
