Has anyone needed to take a nutrition class? I am working towards my Bachelors in Nursing and that is one I need to take. So far I have only been able to find it at my community college (online at least), but if I could find a better way to take it I would be so much happier. Yes, make sure your nutrition has a BIO alpha (BIO210 for example). I have taken (and taught) various forms of nutrition in another department and it always transferrs as an elective. (I have had students tell me this, along with my own experience at TESC). Nothing dietary, nothing health, nothing culinary/hospitality- be sure it is biology. TESC offers nutrition without a pre-req.
