Yeah, the best you can hope for is to get them to not show up, but even then, it's not going to help much because when you try to get into grad school most schools require transcripts from every school previously attended--not just from the degree granting institution.

If you're going toward grad school, my advice would be to do your best to show that you've risen above this. Get your degree with as many good grades as you can, then study like heck for the GRE or whatever test you need, then present the early grades as youthful immaturity. You probably won't get into Harvard that way, but it may get you in at a lot of places.
