Let me clarify for everyone,

The CREDIT BANK from TESC is still transferrable, just not the FEMA credits that were stored there. Here is why. When TESC took the credits in direct from FEMA all they did was place them on the transcript from the official FEMA transxcript. TESC has never evaluated the FEMA classes for college credit the way most colleges (including TESC) require. They just banked them on the transcript. Excelsior got wise to it and now requires that they be officially evaluated before awarding credit. (which is how it shoud be). Frederick Community college and many other do this. If they are 'officially evaluated' and given real college credit then EC will likely accept them.

The only change is that the loophole (mistake) is now closed.

You can continue to use (and I highly recommend) the TESC credit bank. It is a great way to put everything together on one transcript. You can still add classes to it and transfer.

If anyone has anything different please correct me but I believe I am right-on in this regard.
