You can try and contact Microsoft directly and have them send the transcript to EC directly. They finally agreed to send directly to EC. You could try the 800# and still see if it is an option.

When I had attempted to get my Comptia certs sent it was a hassle. I dont think they had an option to share them then. Was earlier this year. I was told there was only one person that handled sending them off from Comptia. I dont have her contact info any longer.
