You'll find that your Education office in the desert will enable you to take ECE tests. You should be able to call them from where you currently are to double check. If they don't have what you need, get your home base's Ed office to give them what you require. MANY people fill the vacuum of the desert with education. Good luck and enjoy your tour...it won't be that bad there.
