Hi Gary,
Don't do all this work by hand. For the project network table, you can use a module in Excel OM2 to enter the data in. The module is available under the "Project Management" section.
It's a bit tricky to set it up but, if you enter the correct data, this module will give you everything you need at the touch of a button.
You can PM me if you would like me to give you more detailed instructions about how to set up the spreadsheet.
