I put in an email to Excelsior at the beginning of the week asking which Microsoft Exam satisfies the Programming requirement, and never got a response back.
Do you think you could find out if you have a chance?

70-330 Implementing Security for Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2 UL
