I had asked about the TECEP exam and the MS exams for the programming requirement.

I have almost came to a decision on my plans for the Database Management requirement. I wanted to check and see if the CIS-311 Database Management from TESC's credit bank would satisfy the requirement for database management?
I also want to double check and see if there are any IT Microsoft certification exams that would satisfy the (Business Programming) or (Systems Analysis and Design) requirements. If any exams do satisfy either requirement can you please provide which ones.
