Basically, anything that counts as lower-level Applied Professional (up to the cap for either your university or your program). The following exams are lower-level Applied Professional at Excelsior:

DSST Here's to Your Health
DSST Principles of Supervision
DSST Intro to Law Enforcement
CLEP Intro Business Law
CLEP Principles of Management
CLEP Information Systems & Computer Applications

On a per-credit-hour basis, these tests are cheaper than transcribing FEMA credits through FCC. If you're going with TESC, then I think the FEMA credits are still cheaper (FREE is still cheap!).
