This is a great post and good info for people who otherwise may not be willing to discuss this issue.

Additional time will definitely be a big help to the upper leve ECE exams which max out the score sheets at 160 questions! Some of those psych tests were a real bear...not because of their increased diffficulty, but because of the sheer number of questions.
