It's not clep or dsst, but you can get credit for the PMP and Microsoft certs from Charles Sturt and Aspen.

In fact, I believe Charles Sturt awards 6 credits for MCSE/DBA which is half the degree (it's 12 credits).

So, if you're a certified Microsoft guy (and I think they do it for Oracle too) - you may already be half way to a masters.
