I have the same type of evaluation as you do, but don't leave out the bottom of the evaluation where it says "NE= Non-course equivalency" which means "test out" and the other clue is under Grd (grade) it says "CR" which means "credit" you'll see letters there if you take a class.
I don't know what will be on the final transcript- maybe a graduate here will share!!??
To the OP- if you transfer your credit to another college, they will have their own CLEP policy, and that is how your credits will come in. Always follow the policy of your ending institution. Simply logging them at TESC won't mean that they will work somewhere else, they are still CLEP.
