Any ideas for how to get more sales? Ideas like businesses, industries, websites to partner with, places to advertise, pricing/packaging strategy....anything!
Right now we rely on search engines and word of mouth, which has been very successful, but limited.

1) Consider building a web demo as part of your advertising strategy. People love being able to see something in action.
2) Definitely submit emails to bloggers talking about IC. Most bloggers will "talk you up" for FREE and it will increase your web presence, and your credibility. I would specifically target bloggers who specialize in non-traditional student services or information. There are lots of them! Set a goal of writing to at least 5 bloggers a day and see what your success rate is with them.
3)Q & A forums are another great bet. Yahoo and other Q & A forums have people who are specifically asking about how to pass CLEP or DANTES exams. I have posted information about IC to several of these inquiries, and I imagine that 20 people doing this would generate quite a response. The best part about this method is that you are consistenly advertising to "warm leads," plus it is free.
4) Forums, in general, are fantastic if you can avoid sounding too "market" oriented. It is free and easy to drop advice to people who are chatting about wanting to get a degree on a forum. Again, the trick is consistency and volume, without sounding like you are trying to hard to "make a sale".
Truthfully, my opinion is that IC is an easy sale once you get people to the site. The price is awesome, and anyone who tries this service will be THRILLED! Not a little bit happy . . . THRILLED is definitely not too strong of a word here. Fortunately, generating traffic to your site can be pretty much free if you are willing to shoot for online communication. I think all of the people who benefit from using your site will probably be willing to help with communicating online with bloggers or warm leads as well.
