I passed US History 2 using only InstantCert. Admittedly, my score was only 56. While this is not a terribly high score, it is roughly equivalent to a "B," which isn't too bad either considering that I studied for just under 2 weeks and used only InstantCert.
I didn't think the exam was too bad at all. I think that InstantCert will provide enough information for you to pass comfortably; however, it is probably not enough for you to completely ace the exam. My advice would be to concentrate on the period between 1865 and 1900 because a huge chunk of my exam covered this time span. FDR's presidency is another big one.
