Of course I would advise anyone thinking about this to make sure their school will accept it as graduate credit or even U/L.

I got burned by a B&M with some business courses that were ACE accredited at the graduate level and U/L that I took from George Washington Uni via a 3rd party (Project Mgmt courses) and UMD absolutely refused to accept them as U/L, letter alone graduate level - they insisted on placing them as the most basic level like "intro to business"! Yeah, yeah, I know...don't go to a B&M ...etc..!
