Congrats on working toward your first CLEP - believe me - when you are done you'll want to keep going and going!
I'll assume that you have read and digested all the advice in the Specific Exam feedback forum on this test.
One suggestion you might want to consider is taking a couple of Macroeconomics CLEP Petersons practice tests because this will tell you if you have covered and retained what you need to pass, and for give you some additional details on the correct answer.
You can get to Peterson's a few different ways. If you are in the military then other users on this forum say you can take these tests for free, but you will need an access code.
If you are not in the military then quite a few local libraries have an education/testing portal where you can access the Peterson's tests for free with your library card.
Or if you don't have time to hunt down on of those two previous resources, you can go directly to Peterson's website and pay $20 for access to the Macro CLEP Practice tests (you get 3 unique tests for each subject).
Prep for the CLEP - Peterson's
If you need any other help, let me know - I took this exam a few weeks ago (see signature).
