Hey Ray,
I can only speak for myself and my own experience. I used the IC flashcards -AND- also the REA book -PLUS- the macro/micro videos from Standard Deviants.
To answer your question for myself again, I needed all the resources I could get - particularly the videos. I am a "visual" learner and in that respect, seeing/watching the material displayed in action helped me tremendously. GOOD LUCK!!
