I would go with excelsior, I am a little biased, they too take all of your exams and certs for credit. I know nothing about utah valley state college but I do know that there are a lot of people here that will be able to help you on your educational journey as an excelsior student. Lets not forget the advantage of going to excelsior is that you can take clep, dantes and ECE exams for nearly your entire degree.
