I am still finishing the "pesky" undergrad degree so I'm not all that familiar with the "whole MBA process" but I was wondering: do TESC et al require you to take the GMAT? like Chadron does?
And also, what are the Common Professional Component equivalencies (CPC) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Quantitative Techniques, and Computer Literacy that Chadron requires? Is that customary for a MBA program? Just wondering.
Also, their undergrad classes look really good too. Their tuition is $157/credit hour and they have a decent selection of online courses to choice from.
Nice find, BMills.

I can't take credit for finding this school...GEEZER recommended it to me. So far, the school has been great and it looks like they are going to allow me to register for October classes even though my undergrad degree from EC will not be conferred until November and I will not have taken the GMAT yet.
To answer a few of your questions:
do TESC et al require you to take the GMAT? like Chadron does?
Not all schools require the GMAT, I know the NA schools do not...not sure about TESC. It is pretty much just a formality though. They require a minimum score of 400 or for me the minimum will be a 240 because they take your GPA and multiple it by 200 and then combine that with your GMAT score and if you are over 900 then you are in.
My GPA will be a 3.3 x 200 = 660. 900-660=240 required on GMAT
The score for spelling your name correctly on the GMAT is a 200 with a max of 800, so this should be a breeze, but it is $250...FYI - the average nationwide score on the GMAT is in the 500's...

The CPCs are the undergrad classes that they require for admittance. I think there is some wiggle room on this as well because they mention "professional experience" as a possible equivalence for these requirements. But, if you are getting a business degree, you should have either taken these CLEP/DSST exams or taken these classes. If your undergrad is in something other than Business than you still may be able to get in though.
The tuition and accreditation is what drew me to this school. With ACBSP and regional accreditation, no one can ever question your MBA and that is a BIG deal for me. Tuition has just gone up to $210/graduate credit hour, but that is still only $7560 for an MBA that can be completed in a year if you push hard. I have not found a regionally accredited, ACBSP program that comes anywhere close to that price. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Let me know if you have any other questions. I have been chatting back and forth with the dean of the graduate school at Chadron...small school...
