I used Rudman's for History of Vietnam war, Intro to world religions and Technical writing. They were fine for the first 2, but I did not like the 3rd one. The problem with them is they do not explain the answers it is just take the test see what you got wrong and find the right answer. Most of the other guides I liked gave an explanation of the correct answers. I have found I use less study time and do fine with IC and looking up terms or ideas I don't understand at first.
