As a result, you have to take what you know and APPLY it to the given situation. It's doable....but it's cumbersome and wearying.
The good news is that it wasn't quite as difficult as I had anticipated. If you know all the items listed in the DSST factsheet, you should be able to figure out the answers to LOTS of the scenarios.
Many of the questions SEEMED complex and intimidating at first, but actually boiled down to just needing to know a very simple term or concept...and then apply it.
Once again, I find myself uncertain about how I did on this exam. I think I passed, but I have no clue what my score will be. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a low score, and I wouldn't be surprised if I got a high score.
Studying for CLEP Intro to Business Law FIRST is definitely helpful. There were a few questions that asked about concepts I had already learned for the lower level exam.
Make sure you know EVERY item listed in the factsheet, and you should be able to pull this one off successfully. But you WILL need to have the ability to APPLY what you know, rather than just recall it.
I can't really give you any specifics for this exam. There were too many complex scenarios to try and remember now. Also, I am not sure whether I got the questions right or not, so I'm keeping quiet!
Just go down the factsheet and make sure you know every item listed.
That's the best advice I've got for ya,

I'm sure you did fine on this one. Like I said previously- I ended up doing better on BL II than I did on BL I. When I took the exam, I felt like I was guessing at many of the questions on BL II. I ended up with an 80 and I wasn't even reallly sure if I had passed! I don't know if it's seriously curved or what, but I was totally amazed when I got my score! I'm sure you did fine. My advise to anyone with this exam is to first take BL I, or at least spend a legitimate amount of time studying the material for it before taking BL II.
