I hope someone can explain to my how the hell I failed this test this morning. When I say FAILED I mean FAILED- I did not get over 50% on any of the three sections.

I don't recall exactly what each three sections read (print out is in my car), but I got like %30, 49% and 47%. Most of the questions were common sense. I probably would have scored better if I just arbitrarily guessed at each question.

I checked the Military pass rate on this exam and it was like 89%.

I used Instacert and the DSST Prep guide, but there were no questions on the exam that was not covered in this material.

Nonetheless, what is the retake procedure for ECE Exams. Do I have to wait 6 months like the CLEP?
