Hi Shadowcross,

As long as you enroll BEFORE the policy change (expected on Jan 1st, 2007), you will be locked in to the policy that exists on the date you enroll.

If you enroll AFTER the policy change, you will be bound by the new rules.

So, yes! It is important that you ENROLL prior to the policy change, if you wish to use the current policies. We have three and a half months before the change, so there is a little bit of leeway...but not much!

I plan on enrolling before the end of November!
