DANTES' official statement is that you should allow up to four weeks to get your results. However, in reality, I have never had to wait the full four weeks.

I have taken 23 DANTES exams, and my scores have arrived in widely varying time-frames ranging from 23 days down to only 10 days.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the timing. The average seems to be 2-3 weeks.
