Out of the exams you listed, I would say that Mgmt, Psychology and Info Systems are the easiest (in that order).

After that, Humanities is very do-able.

I would not say American Govt is on the "easiest" level. It's also very do-able, but generally people complain about the way the test is worded; it can be tricky. For American Govt, I would supplement with Petersons or do a little reading on Wikipedia....
