Apparently I am a finalist for the Ewald B. Nyquist Memorial Award for outstanding academic achievement and independent study. I have to send in a one page letter describing my experiences as an independent learner and an outline of my current and future plans.

Has anyone ever received this letter? I have no idea who nominated me, possibly the advisors at Excelsior????
