    Sir Waxtor,
    You might want to look at Excelsior's BS Liberal Studies degree, it seems to be the most flexible given the credits you already have you could go with Psychology and Business as your areas of depth(12 credits in each with at least one upper level in each).
    I hope this helps to at least give you an idea.
