Anyone who's interested in taking this exam soon, you may be interested to know that I was able to secure a brand new, international 14th edition of Crafting and Executing Strategy (2004) through abebooks.com for $10 (shipping varied between $7/8 depending on seller).
The book was available in both versions, with or without cases. I bought the one with the cases, just in case (pun intended). ![]() Possibly useful is the outline material covering the book from cram101.com. There are three options to get the outline: 1. One time fee of $10 for perpetual online access (it says downloadble, I could only see a print option, but I haven't looked well at it yet). The seller's name on Abebooks was Academic Internet Publishers, Inc. 2. Buy it in print for something like $16~18. 3. Subscribe to cram101.com for about $10/month and gain access to other textbook outlines as well. The outline seems somewhat larger than what you'd normally get on IC (I've sampled the first two chapters, both had well over a 100 points to outline). I will post feedback once I've gone through the material.

You can also find the 15 ed with case Studies on amazon between $17-30 plus $4 shipping depending on the seller, some of them are slightly used.

Have you checked the Specific Feedback Section? There's not a lot there for this exam, but there are some pointers.

I'm sorry japprend, but I haven't started working on this one yet.
The international edition that I got is not that bad (ISBN 0070599866), it's monochrome and feels a little on the cheap side, makes me think I should've gotten a used US hardcover version instead. I guess I got what I paid for.
