Just to take it. I'm assuming I'll need it for my CJ. (still waiting for my eval)Do I need to bring EC's "number" with me to the test? Some kind of ID number? Does EC have to know i'm going to take it?

No, you do not need the number. You will have an opportunity before the test begins to enter in EC by choosing the state first (NY) and then picking EC out of a alphabetical list that you scroll through.
