I have been studying the flashcards and other recommendations from the specific thread but what I am looking for is a list of who did what. There are so many names of people and what they did, a study sheet with just that on it would be great. Does anyone have something like this or nowhere I could look? If not, I may try to start one this weekend.

There is a Sparkchart on this. Sparkcharts are laminated notes 4-5 pages long. The larger bookstores have them on a spindle. You can also download them in PDF format. It has a lot of what you are looking for.
