Default Excelsior Bachelor of Science Completed

Well I am finally done and my degree has conferred and I received my diploma in the mail. I just wanted to post a few recommendations from what I learned.

I will not post all my courses because you can search to find out which order to take the ECE's to get maximum benefit. I also found it easier to take my Math courses at a local college because of the tutor's and in class instruction because I really wanted to be good at Math for my job. Also try to plan it so when you finish your degree it is before the yearly fee that Excelsior charges. Remember they charge 500$ every year and then a 500$ graduation fee. I finished right before I had to pay my yearly fee and got to pay my yearly fee which rolled over to my graduation fee and I actually got a check sent to me for 95$ instead of shelling out cash to graduate.

Also I am applying to be a Pilot in the USAF. My 08' grad class was 38% military so there is a lot of guys and gals in the military that go to EC. I was in the USAF for 4 years and got out to get my degree and go to flight school. I am applying to flight school for the military and will find out in the next year if I am selected.

Just remember that you are worth a lot and to try your best to achieve greatness. You won't find it unless you dig deep. You are more than you know and can achieve more than you can dream of. Everyone is great, you just have to work hard and have faith that you have what it takes to succeed. So I wish everyone the best and ever upward in your lives and career.

Also, check out some of the alumni of EC. Some of them are amazing. Doctors, lawyers, generals, scientists, you name it. It seems EC is a great stepping stone for further achievements. Again I wish you all the best and I will try to visit the forum but please send me any questions if you have any.

    Ever Upwards,

    Casey

    Grats Casey!

You've probably already researched this to death, but I enjoyed reading the following article a few days ago so I thought I'd share:

Interview with an Air Force Pilot | The Art of Manliness

Best of luck with your future career, and once again Congratulations!
