I've taken American Literature and failed. (49)

During the test, the system crashed and I was told that I had to take another test all over again. During the second test, the computer kept requesting to restart or restart later repeatedly throughout the test. I kept pressing the restart later button hoping that this does not interfered with the test. At the conclusion of the test, the restart button came on while I’d pressed the proceed button and my score was 49. I am pissed off because although, I may have actually failed but because of what I'd went through had made me very stressful and uncomfortable. No one should ever have to go through this. I'm not even sure if the computer made a mistake calculating the score.

Clearly something that needs to be documented (dates, times, where, who/proctor) etcetera to request or otherwise challenge the results due to unfair testing conditions. From what I'm reading, the 49 IS NOT YOUR FAULT although at the moment it is your problem.

Get with the testing center supervisor and have them CONTACT the College Board to explain their own mechanical/technical difficulties; you should not be penalized - GOOD LUCK!!
