I passed Macroeconomics today with a 55. I studied for 4 days straight (heh, deadlines, I still have 2 more CLEPS to take this month..).

Surprisingly harder than Micro. IDK what is up with that, maybe it's just me.

    Spanish CLEP-50

I had 5 semesters of Spanish in HS and i did well in AP spanish class. I took the test with a month of downtime from any Spanish and i didn't study in between.

I just couldn't grasp everything they said although i tried hard instead of picking out just key words. Maybe that was my problem.

    Default Stats – 58

I just passed stats with a 58 (passing is 48)…

I’m so glad this one is over. I studied for about 6 weeks using IC, Idiots Guide to Statistics, Idiots Guide to Statistics Workbook, Statistics Cliff Notes, ALKES, and various internet web sites. I probably put in about 1-3 hours everyday for the last 6 weeks preparing for this one.

I just passed microeconomics today (my 1st clep) which surprises me becuase I doubt I'd truly understand it if John Nash himself tried to teach me.

but I passed using instant cert, petersons and REA. a week of instense studying.

I'm so relieved. and thrilled! business law is next....

Default Passed Civil War & Reconstruction

Received my score for the Civil War exam I took on June 24th. Passing is 47. I received a 68.

I used these resources to pass:

    Instantcert cards
Book - Civil War For Dummies
DVD -Ken Burns Civil War Series

Like all the tests I take, I always overprepare . I went to audible.com and bought the Don't Know Much About the Civil War audiobook. Really didn't need to buy this particular item because the above resources are sufficient. It's over six hours in length.

Also bought two short audiobooks - Chickamauga: A Guided Tour from Jeff Shaara's Civil War Battlefields & Antietam: A Guided Tour from Jeff Shaara's Civil War Battlefields. Enjoyed listening to these two. The length ranges between 45-55 minutes.

Another resource I brought with me on exam day which unfortunately can't be bought nor sold, were memories of my dad taking me, my sisters, and cousins to Civil War battlefields. Boring as a teen but actually quite helpful while taking the test. I was able to use some of that info on this test!

For those of you who have passed the Intro to Sociology, will you help the rest of us and tell us what materials you studied other than IC flashcards? I'm studying for that test now, and definetly want to pass. Thanks
