Default Passed MIS AND DSST-WORLD RELIGIONS!

I just got back from passing these two exams and I got to say that I was nervous on both which seem to be every test for me. MIS was not that bad at all I scored an 437 and 445 on World Religions which I really did not study for 2 hard, maybe a couple of hours going over some info. But in fairness I've been studing or reading about different religions most of my life, so I could have passed this cold.

One particular feedback that I have is about the info on world religions and the IC material and that is I only saw about 7-10 out of the 94 questions on the test from IC. It was quite scary. One final note is that the test fees will be increase to $80 per exam effective November 1st.

Default Information System and Computer Application

I just passed my first CLEP, Information System and Computer Application. I used all 90 min. to answer all 100 questions. I find the test very hard and the multiply choice are confusing. I studied IC questions several times and practiced with practice test from AP Courseware Information Applications CD. This also has full study material as well.

Amazon.com: CLEP / AP Courseware - Information Systems & Computer Applications: Perfect Score Software, Inc.: Books

I don't think IC is enough and some of the questions in IC are unnecessary because they are outdated.

Burney Girl, are you familiar with Religions in General? If not I would reccomend reading the threads on World Religions and consulting other sources. On my test, there were an incredible amount questions on Islam, alot on Buddhism, quite a few on Taoism/Daoism, fair amount on Judaism and Hinduism, not too many on Christianity (Maybe because it interwined with Judaism). I had a question on Mormonism (I think just one), and a few on Tribal and two I think on Shintoism.

Can't think of anymore right now. The exam read almost like an history course. f you already have a base knowledge of Religion, then it will certainly be helpful.

Best wishes and let us know how it goes.
