Thumbs up Another down and 1 to go!

Just got back from taking the College Mathmatics test. Needed a 50, got a 56! All I used to study was InstantCert along with barely remembering the math I took back in high school, so thanks again go to this site.

I plan to take the 6 hour Social Science and History test next week for the last 4.5 hours I need to graduate. I hope it's as easy as everyone says it is. It's all I need to be over and done with something that I started back in 1987!

    Thumbs up That's terrific!!

Way to go!!! I have yet to take the college math exam. Iam dreading it big time! Iam hoping to find out I can somehow take the dantes business math and that will satisfy my three hours of required math. Congrats on your results and you'll do great in the soc. science and history and happy prospects of graduation!

    Thumbs up Thanks!

Muchos Gracias! I know you're coming up on your degree being finished, as well, and it'll be cool to be first two "InstantCert Grads". I took Business Math as one of my classes in the accelerated bachelors program at my school and found it to be fairly easy, but I also had a good instructor. It's not easy to do a full semester's worth of Business Math in 5 - 4 hour sessions over the span of 5 weeks, so I'm sure it can't be easy to do it in one test. I'd wish you luck, but it seems from your span of successful tests that you've already taken luck out of the equation and replaced it with skill!

Red face The real test I believe is what's left

Thanks for the feedback and encouragement. I have 3 upper level tests to take a 3 credit math course, and
9 credits in science and that's really it inorder to graduate. Various college advisors told me it would take 2 years to graduate and thankfully it will have taken about six months. The last few hurdles I will meet and from there it's onto long term care administration and who knows what else.

I'm in an accellerated program. The CLEP suggests 6 credits but I think the way it is scored is if you score 50 to 62 it's Prin of Acctg I and a score of 63 or greater is scored for both Prin of Accounting I & II. Not sure but I'm not arguing!!! I have one test left (Natural Science) and 3 classes and will have a degree I started 25 years ago!!

    Red face First Clep (sociology)

Signed up for InstantCert last week because a friend referred me. I studied for about two hours everyday for a week and then 5 hours the night before. Took the test on wednesday and passed with a 59. I was very happy and truly believe in this system. I have 4 more cleps/dantes to take and will be using this program for sure. Thanks for the resource.
