    Thumbs up Woooooooo Hooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I got my results for Rise and Fallf of the Soviet Union (56) and Vietnam War (54). I could have sworn I failed Rise and Fall, but I actually did well.

    Then the lady from the post education center called and said they got the results for Lifespan Developmental Psychology and that I passed. I failed the HGD CLEP with a 49 so this was awesome to hear!!!! YAY!!! I havent seen the score sheet yet but I will tomorrow.

    So.... once the classes I am enrolled in now (they end in January) are done I will graduate with a BA in Social Sciences from TESC!!! YAY!!!!

    Hey all,

    My girlfriend and I just found out we passed the Principles of Finance DANTE!!!!! Whoohooo! We really worked hard for that one - it was only the second CLEP or DANTE I've taken, but we studied about 40+ hours over the course of 4 weeks, on InstantCert and a textbook, and then some specific study w/a business calculator, (which was a huge, huge help!).

    We're waiting to hear about the HRM DANTE we took this past Saturday - here's hoping!

    That's fantastic news David.

    Principles of Finance is one of the hardest exams out there. So you and your girlfriend obviously have a very good study strategy. Well done!

    I'm betting you passed HRM with room to spare, and that you won't have much difficulty passing OB either.

    Just FYI, DANTES stands for "Defense Activity for Non-traditional Education Support". As a result, the singular AND plural version is always "DANTES", rather than "DANTE" and "DANTES": One DANTES exam, or two DANTES exams.

    Thanks Snazzlefrag,

    Your advice, and others here, was a big help in making sure we studied enough for Prin. of Fin. And thanks for the info on DANTES - I didn't know that. )

    We're hoping OB goes well too; we're planning on studying all day tomorrow, then possibly taking it Thursday or Friday, but maybe Mon. or Tue of next week, depending on how the studying goes.
