It wasn't in-depth at all with regards to valence electrons or the periodic table. Not sure if the IC prep is for both CLEPS.

Thanks for your reply. I plan on taking the Biology clep soon. I have only taken one other, Intro to Sociology.

I actually play the marching drum for "Civil War" reenacting. I am on the Southern side, though, and prefer the title, "War for Southern Independence". I also play the fife.

    Thanks again for your info.

    Appreciate your reply.

Before you click onto a subject of Biology in IC, it says it is a huge database with lots of info. IC seems to get really detailed. Is the test as detailed as the IC prep, or does the clep test pretty basic knowledge?

Im not sure how beneficial the instacert flash card questions are. Because I was told that these are the exact questions used on the CLEP exam.

    Is this not true???

    siddiqueof,

The information you were given by the guy at your test center is NOT true, but what IS true is that the IC flashcards will be
extremely helpful in preparing you for the CLEP Biology exam.

You will find a great deal of feedback and advice about preparing for this exam in this thread http://www.instantcertonline.com/for...logy-clep.html which is located in the Specific Exam Feedback Section.

    Hope that helps,
    JoAnne

    Default Took Peterson's

I just took a Peterson's exam for Biology and scored a 63. Since y'all have been through all this before, does your experience say I'm ready to take the Biology clep?

How does Peterson's compare to the official Clep?

    Thanks!

    siddiqueof,

You can log onto the following Air Force site and take the practice tests there: US Air Force - Education and Library Resource Center - CLEP Center

You'll need to register before taking the tests.

    Good luck!
