Hey guys this is my first post here, but ive been reading on the forums for awhile.
I applied to Excelsior and Im awaiting my unofficial evaluation.
Am i able to go ahead and enroll to start classes before my unofficial evaluation is complete or must i wait until its complete?
Also, money is not an option, since im military everything is covered.

No, the website will not even allow you to enroll until the eval is complete. You can take classes at other schools or take CLEP/DSST tests before you enroll and have those transcripts sent to Excelsior. In other words.....keep earning credits while you are waiting for the eval.
