I am taking this test tomorrow and was wondering if anybody had some advice. I have passed Mgmt. and Org. behaviour so I have some backround knowledge. Thanks in advance!

    Farmerboy,
This is a very passable test, be sure to have those IC cards down cold, backwards and forwards, basically memorized. This is a much easier test than the Upper Level ECE HRM test. Be sure to search the forum for other's feedback/experience on this test; from what I've read, most have a good experience. Good luck and be sure to let us know how it went. Lee

I passed with a 59! Thank you Lee for you advice, I just needed an extra boost of confidence.

This test was one of the easiest ones I have taken so far. Most of the test was on the terms and not application questions. About 25% of the test dealt with performance evaluatons and job analysis. There were also quite a few questions on goverment agencies such as OSHA and their purposes. I studied IC, Peterson's, and Human Resource Management by John Ivancevich.

    Congrats on a great score!

What level of difficulty would you rate this test? It's one I'm contemplating for the near future.

We knew you had it in you! Press on!

    Southron Boy,
This test was very easy. I knew after I had answered 20 questions that I would pass, it was just a matter of by how much. The minimum score is a 46 which is one of the lowest and gives you even more breathing room!
