    Default Passed Principles of Accounting!

Just like the title says I passed Principles of Accounting this morning with a 57! I cannot tell you how good I am feeling right now. The thought of another 6 credits towards my degree makes me very excited.

I know most want to know how I studied for this one but I have to be honest I only studied for about 3-4 hours total. I used IC and did not even read through all the sections. The last three sections I never even went into. Let me say that this was not my plan. I had planned to cram all weekend for this one but spent most of the weekend sick. I didnt want to cancel as Saturday is the last day and I knew I wouldnt study during the week. I do not know how i did it but i did it. I just read through each question and answer real slow and worked to elimate as many of the choices as I could. Once narrowed done it would normally be between 2 or 3 as opposed to 4 or 5. When I clicked proceed to show my score I cannot tell you how suprised I am.

Good luck to all that take it this week. Those 6 credits are gonna feel good!!!!!

I think everyone on the line about whether they should take it or not should just do it. You lose nothing by taking it other than 70 bucks. Good luck to all that have it scheduled this week.

Congratulations!!! I am scheduled to take mine on Thursday. Did they let you use a calculator or pen and paper? I have been studying on and off for months but I still feel lost with all this stuff. I just took the petersons test and scored a 42%. I am so nervous its unbelievable. Can you give us an idea as to what you encountered on the test. I think my biggest fear is all the different formulas....Thanks for any advice you can give.

you probably just need to get the basics down like the 9 concepts with some familiar terminology and pass this exam....

    NY,

You are to be commended for passing a difficult exam with very little study time AND being sick as well!! And the fact that you just "slid in under the radar" to take this exam before it goes away HAS to make those 6 credits even sweeter! WELL DONE!!!

I didnt bring a calculator or use a pen and paper. I am sure that pen and paper would be accptable. Most of the math could be done in your head and the few that couldnt i tok a guess. I dont know what to tell you about the Petersons since I did not use them in my prep. By the amount of hours you put init sounds like your ready. Just go in calm and really read the questions. Im sure you will do fine!

    Next up Microonomics!
