I followed the link to the site, found the independent study form in pdf format. When I click on the link I see the form, but I am not able to enter any data so that I may email it back.

Do I have to print it out and mail it back to register for this course?

That's right. You have to print it out and enter your information manually...using an actual pen. Then you have to mail it in to them via snail mail.

I was a bit surprised at how archaic their registration system is too.

I guess we are a bit spoiled, aren't we?

Hey, I just printed the form, filled it, scanned it and emailed it to one of their support staff and she took care of the rest. Yes, another option is to fax it.

I just called them and they filled the form out for me over the phone. I give them a credit card number and they mailed me a receipt and copy of the form.
