    Default Help!!! Business Law

Hi, I am new at the forums and I signed up because I want to take Business Law clep and I have no clue where to start from. The questions seem so hard and hard to remember. I am still stuck on the first set of questions even though and everytime I go back to answer it, I just can't remember anything.
Please if someone can help me with this or tell me exactly what to study and what not to study in order to pass the clep, I will appreciate it.

    Hello sadia,

Welcome to the forum. You can find detail information on each exam and specifically on Business Law here: http://www.instantcertonline.com/for...-law-clep.html

My memory is the worst and I’ve passed 3 exams within the last month. Here are the steps I take to study for an exam:

    1. Read through the IC questions and answers (all sections once)
    2. Go though the forum for Business Law and write down the list of topics to study

    Example:
    Legal Realism
    Law & Economics View
    Natural Law View
    Sociological View
    Traditional View

    3. Then look-up Legal Realism online using: wikipedia or any other study material you may be using and then write out the information you find, then read the information and write it out again. I usually write out the info on regular paper or on index cards until I have it down. Which is about 4 to 5 times, it’s a lot of writing but it works for me.

Ex: Legal realism - is a family of theories about the nature of law developed in the first half of the 20th century in the United States, etc……

    4. Then go through IC again. Then try a few of the practice test.

I studied for this exam by creating notecards for everything on the flashcards. I ended up with ~200 notecards and studied them for two hours a day during my trian commute for about a week and passed with a 59. Maybe you should try this.
