These two links are primarily for military personnel, BUT the listings are free for anyone to access. Keep in mind that tuition rates may vary for civilians. Still, many may find these useful. Some may find it difficult to read the format of the information at first. It took me a bit to get used to. Once you figure out what is where, the important points are conveyed pretty quickly for each listing.
DANTES Independent Study Catalog: http://www.dantescatalogs.com/DISC/DISCNav.asp This is an extremely large list of self-study college courses. The topics range from basic general education to graduate-level engineering courses. I'd list all of the topics, but it really would take up way to much space. Again, the actual prices listed are meant for military. The price for non-military may vary (then again it may not). All of these courses are offered through regionally accredited college. DANTES External Degree Catalog: http://www.dantescatalogs.com/DEDC/DEDCNav.asp Degrees offered entirely online. Tuition rates listed are for military, so tuition may be higher for civilians. In any event, there is a wide variety of degree programs offered. Degrees are offered on all levels: Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, and even Doctoral. All of these colleges are regionally accredited. DANTES Nationally Accredited Distance Learning Programs: http://www.dantescatalogs.com/NADLP/NADLPNav.asp Similar to the External Degree Catalog, save that all the institutions listed here are nationally accredited, as opposed to regional. Hope someone finds this useful.
