Default 2nd Attempt at Organizational Behavior ECE

On the first attempt, I missed it by three points...(painful). I still need 6 UL credits and decided to take this exam again...! I plan to take it next week on Friday...double-eeK !!

I'm studying IC + the tips on the exam specific page. Does anyone have any additional study notes for this one? Anything will be greatly appreciated!

I can't offer you much advice to the ECE Org Behavior test, but I went through the same thing on their Human Relations test. I passed it the second time after a more thorough study attempt. Good Luck!

The ECE HR exam is my "low spot" as well- I passed it on the 1st try, but it is the only C on my transcript. That C dropped my GPA .12 points! I'm at 3.84 with 3 "courses" to finish my BS in Gen Business, and keep thinking about trying the exam again. But then, I think too that I will be happy just to make it through my requirements and be satisfied just to finish.

I got a D on Org Beh, which amounts to a failed-grade because the lowest acceptable grade by exam is a C. I didn't realize that a "C" could be so damaging, so it works out for me to either re-take, or move on to another exam. But, it will always feel like the one that got away, plus it hurt my brain to study for this one. Too bad there aren't any UL on the list of easy exams using just IC !!!

I just found out that iTunes has a full set of Organizational Behavior lectures for free in the "iTunes U" section of the online store. I decided to delay my appointment to take the exam so I can check out these lectures. They're about an hour each, and there are 26 of them. They come from NJIT, and they're by Dr. Naomi Rotter. I'll post again with feedback about the quality and content after I view a few hours.

The video lectures are for Human Resource Management, not Organizational Behavior. There may be plenty of overlap, but I thought the same as you and then found the lectures are for HR not OB.

It's definitely an Organizational Behavior course. The designation is HRM 301, so it would seem to be in a Human Resources Management department, but the lectures are definitely on OB. The same professor does have a series of HRM lectures, I see -- HRM303/606 -- but these are OB for sure.

I'm watching the first one now. The quality is very good -- it seems to be a three-camera shoot, and well-directed. She is an engaging speaker, and her overhead slides are clear and legible. It looks like it's going to be quite thorough -- maybe too thorough for my taste. I'll keep you posted.

Gary, please update when you have a chance. I plan on taking Org B in the next couple weeks and when I heard about the tapes, I was wondering about them as well. Thanks.

Definitely download and watch the video podcasts if you can. They are good quality and very much on point. The only downside is that they are an hour each and there are like 27 of them.
