    I thought that applied for everybody, but I guess it is just military. I don't know how they calculate it then.

    Charter Oak actually grades DSST tests, too.

    This is a fact, I freaked out when i met the military student counselor and they told me this but then i called tesc (after posting about it on degreeinfo) and they said the residency requirement is only for military degree completion.
