I just passed CLEP Principals of Management today with a 71. I am looking for advice on my next CLEP- Sociology or Computer Systems.

If you can use the extra credits, I would suggest you take DANTES Principles of Supervision next (ASAP). There is a lot of overlap between that and CLEP PofM.

If not, you will find that both CLEP Sociology and CLEP Info Sys & Computer Apps are very doable. I found Sociology to be the easier of the two.
