Hi, I am new to the testing circuit. I have studied various websites that I found from reading the posts on InstantCert and seem to be able to pass the practice test of 60 questions on Peterson's with an 85. However, I feel like I don't know anything....kinda like my reading goes in one ear and out the other. Has anyone taken the test for Human Resource Management? Do I need to keep reading or am I ready? |

Hi tbellwoman, It is usually a little stressful in the beginning to know how much study is enough to pass. I assure you, you will get into the swing of things after your first few exams. If you have studied IC, plus additional web sites, and got an 85 on the Peterson's mock exam, I would say you are ready to go. Remember, with multiple choice exams, it is about being able to RECOGNIZE the correct answer when you see it. It is not about being able to pull the correct answer out of thin air. You will SEE the right answer before your very eyes and, as long as you have studied well, you will know which answer to pick. Try not to psych yourself out now, okay? The fact that you are concerned that you haven't studied enough is a good indicator that you are probably the type of person who has likely studied very hard already. Of course, there's no harm in continuing to read and study up until the last minute before your exam. But it sounds as though you can go ahead and take this exam at any time now. Do Great, Snazzlefrag
