Anyone who has taken:
ECE Human Resources and DSST Human Resources or ECE Org Behavior and DSST Org Behavior or ECE Labor Relations Did you find a good deal of overlap between these exams? I need additional upper-level credit and was thinking about taking one of the above ECE exams if there is a great deal of overlap. I was considering taking DSST Business Law II but it scares the heck out of me. Currently on my degree plan for my upper level credits I was planning on taking: DSST Management Information Systems DSST Drug and Alcohol Abuse DSST Business Law II DSST Money and Banking but am considering one of the ECE exams to replace the Business Law and or Money and Banking. What do you think? Guess I should add that I passed the Principles of Mangement with a 78 and just got my score today for the DSST Principles of Supervision and got an 80.

For the UL business credits for Excelsior I ended up going with the following:
ECE Org Behavior-------doable ECE Ethics: Theory and Practice------doable DANTES Money and Banking------doable DANTES MIS -----easiest My next in line in case I missed were: ECE Human Resource Management DANTES Business Law II In retrospect, I think a strong case can be made to take DANTES Business Law II after the CLEP Business Law....and I think that ECE Human Resource Management may be the easiest and most overlooked of the UL classes. I may take it after all just to boost my Excelsior GPA. Besides ECE Labor Relations these are the only UL exams that apply to an Excelsior Business Degree. (Drug and Alcohol Abuse doesn't count)

Oh my gosh. They approved D&AA for one of my upper level courses. Thanks for the information. I will contact them on Monday. I definitely do not want to take exams that do not count towards upper level. I have heard that Labor Relations falls right in with Human Resource Management. That is what I was leaning more towards since I did so well on Management and Supervision. The DSST Human Resources is next for me once I get past Marketing.
